Karen has been a member of Cigna's Marketing Competitive Intelligence Center of Excellence since March 2017, where she is responsible for training, responding to ad hoc research requests, working with vendors to expand Cigna's relationships and access to information, and coordinating internal communications. Prior to joining Cigna Karen was a research associate at the global management consulting firm A.T. Kearney, where she managed the American research hotline and supported the health, strategy and transformation practices. Karen holds a B.S. degree in Biology from the College of William and Mary, an M.A. from the University of Chicago’s Graduate Library School, and a J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago’s School of Law.
