Andrea brings years of experience in putting the heart of customers at the heart of business. Recognizing the power of relationships that are often underdeveloped with companies and services, Andrea has recently joined Western & Southern Financial Group to lead a new Customer Experience Center of Excellence.  Her vision for finding ways to authentically connect with people at some of their most meaningful moments in life is at the center of experience design strategy.  Whether it be with consumers, extended families, financial planners, or associates, she believes that every individual in a company has the opportunity to touch someone’s life in a meaningful way in the simplest of moments.  And, it is these moments that business should plan and enable that become magical and contribute to driving business results.

Andrea has built a model that involves research and measurement, empathy and journey mapping with various audiences to guide improving experiences, both expected and unexpected.  She and her team leverage a variety of research vehicles, outside-in and inside-out processes to identify value-add solutions, and importantly, test and learns to accelerate results.

Andrea’s background in omni-channel marketing strategies, as well as digital solutions for both Fortune 500 service companies and consumer good companies has her in the forefront of how technology intersects with human emotions and behaviors.
