Gary Hodge has worked in marketing research for more than 25 years, 15 of which have been in the insurance industry. In his current role as Sr. Marketing Research Manager at American Modern Insurance Group, he is responsible for all quantitative and qualitative primary research that is conducted within the organization and with the company’s partner agents and 1 million+ policyholders. Gary is a primary marketing research lead for the other Munich Re companies operating in the United States. Gary recently transitioned to American Modern’s Customer Experience (CX) business unit with a focus on providing actionable customer insight that leads to transformative change to a more market driven, customer focused organization.

Gary is a past President of the Society of Insurance Research (SIR) and actively serves in the role of Secretary on the current SIR Board of Directors. He has a MBA from Xavier University and his undergraduate degree is from the University of Kentucky. Gary earned his CPCU in 2015.
