Amy has been involved in the survey research industry since 1997. As a senior member of the Zeldis Research team, she is responsible for account management, as well as the execution and day-to-day management of both quantitative and qualitative research projects. She also directs all aspects of research studies, including study design, execution of multivariate analyses, and interpretation of findings.

While she has extensive experience across a wide variety of industries and topics, her primary focus lies with the financial services, insurance and pharmaceutical/ healthcare industries, with experience moderating focus groups and online bulletin boards, and conducting in-depth interviews.
