Amelia Fitch is currently a Research Consultant in the Enterprise Strategy division of American Family Insurance. She has been with the company since 2000 in a variety of roles in the Marketing and Strategy divisions, with a focus on market and competitor intelligence. In her current role, she handles projects assigned to the Enterprise Strategy Research Department by the Senior Leadership Team, Board of Directors and divisional management across the enterprise. Her work includes scoping the research agenda, crafting financial models, and designing presentations to communicate findings. She works with senior team members on a diverse array of projects across all divisions of American Family. Significant contributions include: research on M&A decisions, product initiatives, and launching the Research Network; a growing and vibrant community of researchers and competitive intelligence professionals across the enterprise. Amelia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Upper Iowa University and is an alumna of the Executive Program in Corporate Strategy from the Chicago Booth School of Business. She has earned the CPCU designation, and a Certificate of Excellence in Business Journalism from the Donald W. Reynolds National Center for Business Journalism. Amelia is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Insurance Management from Boston University.
